ShowVoc User Manual

The following details different aspects of the user experience on ShowVoc. In ShowVoc the only users that can be authenticated in the portal are Administrator and Super User, while Visitor User refers to unauthenticated users.

Administrator

Administrator users have capabilities spanning from system configuration to datasets and contributions managment.

First Access
Administrator dashboard

Super User

The Super User, beside the Administrator, is the only user who has access to the Datasets Management dashboard, but with a limited set of authorized actions.

Visitor User

The visitor user can explore the public datasets on ShowVoc and may contribute resources to the portal.
